These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the gg825 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By accessing gg825, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions set out below.
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and gg825 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") regarding your use of the gg825 online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://gg825.cam. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately. gg825 reserves the right to update these terms at any time; continued use following notification of a change constitutes acceptance.

To register and maintain an Account on gg825, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
Age Verification: gg825 employs automated and manual age verification procedures at the point of registration and during KYC review. Providing false information about your age constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.
Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the gg825 platform. Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated Accounts being closed, with balances held pending investigation.
When creating an Account, you must provide complete and accurate information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your Account.
You must notify gg825 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. gg825 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized access where the Player has failed to take reasonable security precautions or has shared their credentials with a third party.
All Accounts on gg825 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are all processed and displayed in Rupiah. gg825 does not currently support multi-currency Accounts.
gg825 is required under the terms of its operating license to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all Player Accounts. KYC verification may be required before a Player's first withdrawal, when Account activity triggers internal review thresholds, or at any time gg825 deems verification necessary.
gg825 may request any or all of the following documents as part of the KYC process:
gg825 aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 to 72 hours of receiving all required documentation. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold during this period. Players are encouraged to complete KYC proactively to avoid delays when they first request a withdrawal.
If a Player declines to provide requested KYC documentation, or if submitted documents cannot be verified to gg825's satisfaction, gg825 reserves the right to suspend the Account and withhold withdrawal processing until the matter is resolved, or to close the Account in accordance with these Terms.
gg825 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for Indonesian players:
Available payment channels are displayed at the time of deposit or withdrawal and may change without prior notice. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Minimum and maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and Account tier. Current limits are displayed within the Platform's cashier section. gg825 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
Deposits via e-wallet methods are typically credited to the Player's Account within seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take between 1 to 15 minutes, subject to the processing times of the originating bank. gg825 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are processed by gg825 in the order they are received. For standard Accounts, most withdrawals are completed within 15 minutes during operational hours. Platinum Elite Account holders benefit from a target processing window of under 5 minutes. All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification prior to processing. gg825 will only process withdrawals to payment methods that belong to the Account holder; third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
An Account that has not recorded any login, deposit, or wagering activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. gg825 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of up to Rp 25.000 to the dormant Account's balance. Players will be notified via their registered email address before any dormancy fee is applied.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by gg825 are subject to this clause and any additional promotion-specific terms published at the time the offer is made. In the event of a conflict between this clause and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion, all Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum of 20 (twenty) times the bonus amount in qualifying bets before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. A qualifying bet is any bet placed on products where the stated game contributes toward wagering requirement completion, as specified in the promotion detail page.
Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements:
gg825 monitors all Account activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses across duplicate Accounts, low-risk wagering strategies designed purely to fulfill wagering requirements without genuine play, and collusion between Accounts. Where bonus abuse is detected, gg825 reserves the right to void all associated Bonus Funds and winnings derived from those funds, and to suspend or close the relevant Account(s).
Only one bonus offer may be active on a Player's Account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus offer while an existing bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of one or both bonuses, at gg825's discretion.
All bets placed on gg825 are subject to the specific Game Rules applicable to each product. A bet is only confirmed once the Platform displays a confirmation screen and assigns a unique bet reference number. gg825 reserves the right to decline or void any bet at its discretion, including where a bet has been placed in error, where the market or event has been suspended, or where the odds were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
Minimum stake per bet is Rp 1.000. Maximum stake limits vary by market, event, sport, and Account tier. Maximum win limits per single bet event and per accumulator are specified within the relevant betting market and may be adjusted without notice for specific events or market conditions.
gg825 reserves the right to declare void and refund any bet where a palpable error (an obvious or material mistake) is identified in the posted odds, event details, or game settings. This includes but is not limited to: incorrect event listings, duplicate markets, pricing errors significantly divergent from prevailing market prices, and odds posted on events that have already concluded.
Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. Due to the dynamic nature of live events, odds may change or markets may be suspended between the time a Player submits a bet and the time gg825 processes it. If the odds or market availability change materially during processing, gg825 may return the bet to the Player's Account rather than accepting it at the changed price.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gg825 Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent ban from the Platform:
Financial Crimes Notice: gg825 complies with its licensing jurisdiction's anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations. Suspicious activity will be reported to the relevant authorities. Where gg825 is required by law to freeze or confiscate funds, no compensation will be payable to the Account holder in respect of such action.
All content on the gg825 Platform — including but not limited to software, databases, text, graphics, logos, game designs, user interface elements, and audio-visual materials — is the intellectual property of gg825 or its licensed suppliers. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right, title, or interest in or to any Platform content beyond the limited right to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of gg825. The "gg825" brand name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of the Company and may not be used without authorization.
gg825 processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory reporting, and marketing (where separately consented to).
gg825 uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for commercial purposes. Any Account opened in violation of an active self-exclusion will be closed and the balance retained pending review. You may close your Account at any time by contacting gg825 support. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money Balance. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn upon Account closure and will be forfeited. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.
gg825 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, where:
Upon Account closure, all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds are forfeited. Verified real-money Balances will be returned to the Player via their last-used payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gg825 holds its gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — including disputes relating to its existence, validity, or termination — shall first be referred to gg825's Customer Disputes team for internal resolution. If not resolved through internal procedures within 30 days, disputes may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body as designated by gg825's licensing authority.
Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence, to the extent such rights cannot be waived by contract.
gg825 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, we will notify registered Players by email to their registered address or by posting a notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the change takes effect. Minor amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of any clause) may take effect immediately upon publication.
Your continued use of the gg825 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account and withdraw your Balance before the change takes effect.
